My Thoughts: I was really excited for These Hollow Vows, and while it didn’t live up to all of my hopes, I still left it eager for the sequel.
About the Book:These Hollow Vows follows Abriella, who is determined to save her sister after the Unseelie King buys her. How can she do it? She must infiltrate the Seelie court, pretending to be a potential bride for the prince, and steal three items from them, for the Unseelie King. Meanwhile, the Unseelie prince has plans of his own, and could use Abriella on his side as well.

The sequel to From Blood and Ash, A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire picks up where the first book left off. I can’t say too much here without spoiling book one, but if you haven’t already started this series, you need to.

Since Victorious has hit Netflix, everyone has been binging it. Myself included. And what have I learned from it? Well, it was definitely a little more problematic than I remembered, but damn, that soundtrack is full of bops.
And because of that, I’ve had the music stuck in my head in a loop for the past couple of weeks. So, I thought, why not capitalize on it and share my 10 favorite Victorious songs, and recommend a book to go with each them!!
I will admit, some of these were a lot easier than others, but, if you’re looking for something to read once you’ve finished your Victorious marathon, I’ve got a few recommendations for you. Also, be sure to read to the end because I’ve linked to a spotify playlist of all of these songs for you to listen to!!
