The Barnes and Noble editions of classics are always so beautiful, so I wanted to show off their covers while talking about some of my favorite retellings!

The Wrath & The Dawn is a breathtaking book based on 1001 Arabian Nights. Khalid, the Caliph of Khorasan marries a new bride each night only to have her killed in the morning. When Shahrzad volunteers to be his next bride, she has a plan to end his reign once and for all.

A dark twist on the classic tale, Lyra is the siren princess, known for killing only princes, and Elian is a prince known for hunting sirens. When Lyra is punished and made human, she must deliver the Elian’s heart to the sea queen or be banished forever.
