It’s been awhile since I talked about some of my favorite books that came out. So today, I want to round up some amazing releases that you need to pick up, if you haven’t already!
Ruthless Gods (Something Dark and Holy #2) by Emily A. Duncan
[ Review ]
Wicked Saints was one of my favorite reads of 2019, so it’s no surprise that Ruthless Gods is on this list. If you haven’t already delved into this series, you definitely should. The series is a gothic fantasy with a true enemies-to-lovers couple at the center. The second book has even more angst and violence than the first!
Crave (Crave #1) by Tracy Wolff
[ Review ]
Think Twilight but 2020 edition. This book follows a Grace, who must transfer to a mysterious boarding school in Alaska after the tragic death of her parents. There, she meets Jaxon, a dark and mysterious boy who she finds herself drawn to.
Incendiary (Hollow Crown #1) by Zoraida Cordova
Renata Convida is a rebel spy working against the crown, but when her commander is taken captive, she will do anything to save him. As she goes undercover in the palace, she must convince those around her that she remains loyal.
Thank you so much to PenguinTeen for sending me an ARC in exchange for an honest review! All thoughts and opinions are my own. All quotes are taken from the ARC and are subject to change.

Review in a Nutshell: The Damned is a fantastic sequel; expanding on the world and characters, building on the plot, and answering so many of my questions from the first book.

The Damned is the sequel to The Beautiful, and takes place directly after the events of the first book. I can’t go into too much detail because I don’t want to spoil anything, but if you liked this first book, then you definitely want to pick this one up.
“The higher hatred burns, the more it destroys.”
It’s been awhile since I’ve done this type of post! I’m sorry for that, I’ve been making videos of this on TikTok and kept putting off actually writing it down. I would like to blame my not-so-great internet, but it’s really just my fault haha.
Before I start talking about all of the books I’m dying to read this month, I want to mention some of the most memorable reads of the past two months!

I feel like every year, there are just more and more new releases that I’m dying to read.
2020 has some impressive books lined up, and I would love to talk about all of them, but that would take days. Instead, I’ve decided to highlight my 20 most anticipated 2020 releases, and throw in an extra 140 amazing releases separated in lists so that you can check all of them out on your own!
Speaking of separate lists- I tried to organize these… somewhat. There are 4 different sections of releases:
New Series– the book is the first in a soon-to-be series
Sequels & Prequels– the book is a continuation of a series that has at least one book in it already
Standalones– the book has little to no affiliation with a series and can be read alone
The Untitled Section– can include any of those types of books above, but all of these books don’t have titles. I don’t know why I felt that needed a category, but I wanted to make one.
