I thought by reading slump was getting better, but boy was I wrong. I barely pulled through in March. I read 10 books, but most of them were novellas. However, there were still some amazing reads in there! Here’s a quick list of a few of my favorites:Continue reading
This year is absolutely flying by. I can’t believe it’s April already! This month has some of my most anticipated releases of the year, with a good mix of debut novels, series starters, and continuations! My wallet may hate me this month, but I’ll be very happy once all these books come out.Continue reading
January started rough. I was in the middle of a horrible reading slump and just had no motivation to get through books, but I think it’s really turned around! I spent the last week and a half of the month rereading some favorites in preparation for one of my most anticipated books of the year! I think those rereads helped me get back into the reading habit and saved me from my slump (although if you want to hear about more tips to get out of a reading slump, I have a whole post about it).

There are so many amazing books I want to read, but I managed to narrow my TBR down to my top 5. I tried to mix it up with ARCs and new releases, all of which I’ve been dying to read!
Last month, I got to one book from my TBR, but hopefully this month I’ll do better. I’ve already started King of Scars, so maybe this momentum will continue throughout the month.

Yes. I know December was almost two weeks ago. But I still want to talk about the books I read!
Reading slumps are the absolute worst. 2018 had been awful for me in terms of reading slumps. It seemed that every other month, I lost all motivation to read. I’m really hoping 2019 will be better for me!
In December, I barely read. It was awful. I did manage to reach my monthly goal of 10, but there were a lot of short stories and novellas mixed in there to help me out. Read more to see what I actually did manage to finish!Continue reading
I read 10 books this month, and it was definitely a struggle to keep my reading speed while doing NaNoWriMo. I’m just glad I managed to reach 10 with the help of a few novellas. Plus, now I’ve written my own book. That should count for something!Continue reading
I completed half of my TBR last month, including a book that was around 1000 pages, so I feel pretty okay about it. This month, I have more books on my TBR, but I’m dying to read every single one of them
Say how many books you chose this month and if you hope to read them. Be honest, but not too honest.Continue reading
December can be a slow month in the publishing world but there are some releases that I’m dying to get my hands on! Two in particular that make me wish I could fast forward time and start reading.Continue reading
15 books! I read 15 books in October and it was amazing. Now, 8 of them were rereads, but I’m counting them on my list because it’s been over a year since I’ve read any of them (for some, its been several years) and it wasn’t a quick reread. Each one took over a day to finish. I don’t usually count rereads because I read them in a couple of hours, but these I feel obligated to include.
Read on for more details. Don’t worry, I’ll keep the details brief since there are quite a few books to get through (also I’m tired).
Happy Halloween!!!! On this amazing day, I want to talk about what I’ll be reading next month because nothing is more terrifying than commitment.
I read 15 books last month, so I feel pretty proud. Admittedly, six were rereads, but I’ll explain more why I count those in my October Wrap Up.
I chose 4 books for November, and I’m almost done with one of them already! Let’s hope if I can keep up my reading streak this month! Since NaNoWriMo will be happening, I doubt it. Also, if you don’t know what NaNoWriMo is, or want to know my methods, make sure you follow my blog because I’ll be posting all during this hellish yet amazing month!
