Happy Halloween!!!! On this amazing day, I want to talk about what I’ll be reading next month because nothing is more terrifying than commitment.
I read 15 books last month, so I feel pretty proud. Admittedly, six were rereads, but I’ll explain more why I count those in my October Wrap Up.
I chose 4 books for November, and I’m almost done with one of them already! Let’s hope if I can keep up my reading streak this month! Since NaNoWriMo will be happening, I doubt it. Also, if you don’t know what NaNoWriMo is, or want to know my methods, make sure you follow my blog because I’ll be posting all during this hellish yet amazing month!
Kingdom of Ash by Sarah J. Maas
The final Throne of Glass novel. I’m currently 800+ pages into this monster of a book and I absolutely love it. I can’t wait to finish this book!
The Caged Queen by Kristen Ciccarelli
This has been on my TBR for too long! Roa and Essie were sisters, born with a magical bond, but after an accident, Essie’s soul is trapped forever. Dax is heir to Firgaards throne, and when Roa gave him the army he needed to overthrow the tyrant king, he made her his queen and promised to help her people. But her people are still suffering. But Roa is given the chance to save her sister’s soul. All she has to do is kill the king.
Umbertouched by Livia Blackburne
The sequel to the amazing fantasy novel, Rosemarked. “Together, healer and warrior must find the courage to save their people, expose the truth, and face the devastating consequences headed their way.” (Goodreads)
Girls of Paper and Fire by Natasha Ngan
“Each year, eight beautiful girls are chosen as Paper Girls to serve the king. It’s the highest honor they could hope for…and the most cruel. But this year, there’s a ninth girl. And instead of paper, she’s made of fire.” (Goodreads) ( TW: violence and sexual abuse.)
